What it includes: stretching, light weights, yoga, dynobands, Tai Chi and light aerobics.

Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs.  It builds strengh without excess bulk, creating a sleek toned body with slender things and a flat abdomen.  It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy graceful movement.  Pilates improves flexibility, stamina and can help decrease back, neck and joint pain.

Summer Class Schedule:
Wednesday
- 5:15pm-6:05pm, 6:15pm-7:05pm
Friday- 8:30am -9:20am
